• field grading and hydromulching
• installation of water, sanitary and electrical utilities to the site 

DAC is providing construction management services for the following improvements at Grady Park:

• demolition of pool shell, building and foundation, equipment, decking and fencing
• backfilling of demolished pool area
• demolition of playground equipment, edging and fall surface
• demolition of old asphalt parking lot
• installation of new asphalt parking lot
• installation of concrete walks
• installation of playground border,
• installation of basketball court,
• installation of drinking fountain
• installation of site furnishings
• site grading and drainage
• addition of fenced electrical enclosure.

DAC provided construction management services for the following improvements at Greenwood Park:

• demolition and removal of all existing structures, pool, fencing, pavement, utilities and mechanical equipment and related elements
• installation of new building, pool, paving, fencing, mechanical and safety equipment
• replace basketball pavilion roofing and lighting
• landscaping
• irrigation
• asphalt parking lot
• site grading and drainage
• site lighting
• site furnishings
• concrete walks

The three in solid dark red were managed while one of our principles was an employee of the Houston Downtown Management District and included management of the design, approval and bidding process.
