Settegast Park was renovated extensively to include a water spray ground, outside teaching area with art backdrop, new baseball field lighting, refurbishing the existing covered basketball court and tennis court, addition of trees and irrigated landscaping.  The community center building renovations included the addition of a janitor's closet, renovation of bathrooms and staff offices.

DAC provided construction management services for the following completed improvements at Squatty Lyons Park:

• demolition of three existing baseball fields
• support buildings and parking lot

Construction of this park is complete. The construction was under the same contract as for Settegast Park but it was managed seperately including seperate pay applications, inspections and substantial completions. 

Improvements included extensive renovation of the existing community building and basketball pavilion, concrete trail and sidewalks, landscaping and irrigation.

Swiney Park Walkways

DAC proviced construction management services for the following improvements at Sylvan Rodriquez Park:

• new concrete walkways in a newly cleared area
• site grading and drainage improvements
• landscape and irrigation
• conversion of soccer fields to lacrosse fields
• lining lacrosse fields with trees with irrigation.
