The final contract of Phase 2 of the Cotswold Program is underway. All other contracts are complete and in service. The only remaining project is the Bayou Pedistrian Connections Phase 2C-1. 

Phase 2c-1, the Bayou Pedistrian Connections project is the last project as time was required to meet the City's desire for the Cotswold team to completed work not done by METRO during the initial light rail construction project. The incomplete METRO work was for the completion of Phase 1 of Allens Landing under the Main Street Bridge.
