Our experience has been primarily in the market place of building or rebuilding the infrastructure that serves the public.

Those infrastructure projects now delivers water to our homes, provides streets to reach our destinations, carries waste away from our homes, treats the water before it reaches our families and treats wastewater before it reaches the streams that run past someone else’s home. Those projects have a common characteristic--each one had neighbors composed of businesses and families. The projects had to be built while minimizing the impact to the project’s neighbors.

We are proud of the feed back often received from the projects neighbors. We know having neighbors who will accept some inconvenience because they trust the people managing the work is a critical issue.

The infrastructure projects we have played a major role in delivering include:

  • Urban revitalization in the downtown environment, improvished neighborhoods and in wealthy neighborhoods;
  • Large diameter water line installation in the streets, tunneled under highways and through neighborhoods and business districts including next to major retail shopping malls;
  • Renovation of airport terminals in a major airport;
  • Water treatment facilities;
  • Wastewater treatment facilities;
  • Remediation of a hazardous waste site that plagued the nearby neighborhoods.
