During the construction the City decided to make additional improvements and issued a change order that included: protective netting at the NCAA ball field; irrigation of all three ball fields; addition of concrete fence on West Little York side of park; addition of chain link fencing along eastern boundry of park; ornamental fencing at both entrances; and ornamental fencing around the stormwater retention pond.
