Tom is currently serving the City of Houston as their Special Projects Manager working under the direction of the Chief Development Officer Andy Icken in the Mayor's Office. His primary responsibilities are to lead the efforts to create:

1. The Houston Dynamo Soccer Stadium;

2. The Houston Amateur Sports Park;

3. development of the Hardy Yards area into a multi-use, $450M complex;

4. improvements to the streets and sidewalks in the East End area around the future soccer stadium;

5. serving the Steering Committee of the $40m+ Buffalo Bayou Park Project; and

6. miscellaneous other projects.
